Same-day approval

We review applications and approve wholesale accounts the same day. You will receive an email invitation to sign up for our B2B portal.

Shop direct trade prices

Log in to our website. Retail prices will automatically be crossed out, and your wholesale pricing will be displayed. (Bulk pricing is negotiable for large volume orders).

Fast dispatch

Place your order securely at checkout. Orders placed before 12 noon dispatch the next business day from Victoria.

Custom Designs & Tags

Looking for something unique? We offer custom tags, bespoke custom designs, and custom quotes for items not currently in our range.

Who can open a wholesale account?

We supply independent gift shops, homeware stores, pet boutiques, and online retailers.

Q.

What is the minimum order?

Direct website orders have a $300 minimum for both first orders and reorders. If you prefer to order through Faire, the minimum is $100.

Q.

Can I mix products and designs to reach the minimum?

Yes, you can mix and match across all our collections (Christmas ornaments, cat caves, coasters, etc.) to meet your minimum order value.

How do I see wholesale prices?

We do not use PDF catalogues. Once approved, you simply log in to our website. Standard retail prices will automatically be crossed out and your trade prices will be displayed directly on the product pages.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked items ordered before 12 noon dispatch the next business day from Victoria, arriving within a few days for most metro areas. Custom designs are produced in and shipped from Nepal.

How is freight charged and where do you ship?

We offer free delivery Australia-wide. For international retailers, shipping is automatically calculated via Australia Post at checkout, with free delivery on orders over $500.

Do you make custom or private-label products?

Yes. We can produce custom tags, fully bespoke designs, and provide custom quotes for items not currently listed on our shop. Custom orders are fulfilled directly from our workshop in Nepal.
