📏 Sizing Guide (Important!)

Size chart

We use standard EU Sizing. Since sizing can vary between brands, we strongly recommend measuring your foot length or checking the conversion chart below before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

Tip: If you are between sizes or have wider feet, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

How do I choose the right shoe size?

We use standard EU Sizing (e.g., 39, 40, 41).

  • Fit Tip: If you have wide feet or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

  • Conversion: Please check our [Size Chart Page] to convert your US/AU size to EU.

Are your shoes true to size?

Our hemp footwear generally fits true to EU standards. However, because they are handmade, slight variations can occur. Sizing up is the safest bet for a comfortable fit!

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship your products from?

Most of our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia for fast local delivery. However, bulk wholesale orders or custom handmade requests are shipped directly from our artisan workshop in Nepal.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Australia: Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days.

  • International: Delivery takes 8–21 business days, depending on your location.

  • Note: During busy holiday seasons, please allow a few extra days.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number immediately. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update. If you don't receive it, email us at shopmadeinnepal@gmail.com.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For orders shipped outside of Australia, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority.

How do I clean my hemp shoes?

To keep your hemp shoes fresh:

  1. Hand wash with cold water and mild soap (recommended).

  2. Machine wash on a gentle cycle using a mesh laundry bag.

  3. Air dry in the shade. Do not use a tumble dryer or hot water, as natural fibers can shrink.

How do I care for felt trivets and rugs?

Felt is naturally stain-resistant!

  • Spills: Blot immediately with a paper towel (do not rub).

  • Dust: Use a lint roller or vacuum with a gentle nozzle.

  • Cleaning: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Never machine wash or dry felt items.

Are your hemp products vegan?

Yes! Our hemp footwear is 100% Vegan. We use pure natural hemp (no cotton blends) and the soles are made from 100% natural rubber. No animal products are used.

 

 

 

Is your felt ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We use pure New Zealand wool that is cruelty-free. Our production workshop in Nepal is ISO Certified and Sedex Audited, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions for all our artisans.

 

Where are your products made?

Every single item is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nepal, preserving traditional craftsmanship while providing sustainable livelihoods.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for full-priced items. Products must be returned unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Note: Sale items and custom orders are final sale unless faulty.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect.
